Cuts steel-belted tread to length with precision

Used for cutting steel-reinforced rubber strips. In run-flat tyre retreading, over-long steel-reinforced tread caps sometimes have to be cut. This used to be done with cutting discs, which gave off a lot of smoke, used up discs (one disc cuts only 2 tread caps) and seriously affected the working environment. This machine solves all of these problems: cutting produces no smoke and leaves no scorching on the cut face, which greatly helps curing quality in retreading. It is also efficient — cutting one tread takes only a few seconds.
