DELIVERED PROJECTS
We build the machines ourselves, so a project usually arrives as one package: a layout suggestion, the equipment, the paperwork, and installation and training (by video, or with our engineers on site) until your operators can run it alone.
Seventeen equipment types supplied as one package, including a φ1.5 × 6.5 m curing chamber holding sixteen tyres per cycle, a gantry buffing machine and a tread press, shipped in two 40 ft containers. Seventeen equipment types supplied as one package, including a φ1.5 × 6.5 m curing chamber holding sixteen tyres per cycle, a gantry buffing machine and a tread press, shipped in two 40 ft containers. We suggested an equipment layout for the customer's workshop, and the contract adds on-site installation, commissioning and operator training by our engineers as a separately priced service.
Thirty equipment types shipped as a complete plant, covering both truck-tyre and OTR process lines, among them a φ2.5 × 4 m OTR curing chamber with matching OTR buffing and tread-pressing machines. Every machine carried a bilingual nameplate and a certificate of conformity, backed by a full specification schedule; we also handled the export customs paperwork and the records required for tax rebate audit.
Fifty-four line items — the machines plus their wearing parts — went out in a single shipment: curing chamber and chamber rail, gantry buffing and tread-pressing machines, spot curing units, a punch tester, a run-flat tread cutter, a screw compressor and thirty metres of workshop conveying rail. The goods were exported to the customer's plant in Indonesia, with the declaration data, HS classification and origin information prepared on our side.
A sixteen-type line built around a φ1.5 × 5 m curing chamber and its rail, with dust-extracted casing and crown buffers, a crown press, a crown fitting machine and an extruder. Curing rims, envelopes and curing tubes were supplied thirty-two sets each to match the chamber's capacity, together with a spare-parts list covering door seals, pressure and temperature controllers, heating elements and reducing valves. Delivered to port, twelve months' warranty.
Seventeen machines in twelve types, headed by a curing chamber of 2.2 m inner diameter and 5 m working length. Around it: a blade-type buffer able to take tyres up to φ1.7 m, a self-centring tread builder, a pressure tester, a dust-extracted casing buffer, four powered tyre racks and one each of the suspended and flat-surface buffers. Freight to site included.
An eleven-type line: a 1.5 × 6.5 × 2.3 m, 75 kW curing chamber taking twenty tyres per load, its loading rail, a gantry buffing machine, and the casing buffer, crown buffer, crown press and crown fitting machine that make up the cap-and-casing process. Our engineers stayed on site until the customer's own operators could turn out sound tyres unaided; twelve months' warranty from delivery.
A 16-tyre curing chamber (tyres up to 1.2 m diameter, 53 kW, 79.3 kW installed across the line) paired with buffing machines, tread presses, a circulating rail system and tyre racks — eleven equipment types in all, plus envelopes, curing tubes and rim tapes in thirty-two sets each, delivered with a 40HQ container loading plan.
A gantry buffing machine built to order for the Thai plant of a leading Chinese tyre manufacturer. It takes 16″ to 24.5″ rims, measures 2800 × 2000 × 2000 mm at 21 kW, and comes with a 5.5 kW dust extraction fan; every push-button is labelled in Thai, English and Chinese. Accepted item by item against the customer's own technical specification.
A single machine for laboratory TBR tread buffing: 16″ to 24.5″ rims, tyre outer diameter φ750–1250 mm, tread width 200–450 mm, with feed adjustable from 1 to 5 mm per pass. It ships with a dust extractor carrying an internal water spray and an overhead fire suppressor, plus a high-temperature alarm on the buffing head. Buttons and valves are labelled in Indonesian, English and Chinese, in that order, and the machine is signed off point by point against the acceptance schedule.
Four crown cutting machines, delivered freight included straight to the customer's works, with one further machine of the same type supplied afterwards as their line grew.
