Direct Gas-Fired Setting Machine Wins Over More Hosiery Customers

YTON's direct gas-fired setting machine has recently won recognition from more hosiery customers. Compared with a traditional coal-fired boiler, it needs no electrical load, offers lower setting costs, and can run on bottled gas or natural gas as required — flexible in use.

The product grew out of national energy-saving policy and the phase-out of coal-fired boilers: the company developed an electric-heated setting machine in early 2015 and released the direct gas-fired version that August. Needing no electric-heating load, it costs less to run than a coal-fired boiler; some customers report the setting cost works out to just a few cents per pair of socks, and it was well received from launch.

As a steady product line alongside our tire retreading equipment, the setting machine keeps the same quality control — key parts built in-house, every unit tuned before it ships. Customers with setting needs are welcome to ask about models, specifications, and capacity.
