More than machines: layout, electrical and air-piping plans with every line

A common setback when opening a retreading plant: the machines arrive, and only then does it turn out that the floor space is too tight, the cables are undersized or the air lines cannot be routed. Every one of these pushes back the start of production.

That is why, on complete-line projects, we prepare an equipment layout drawing based on the customer's workshop dimensions, together with electrical and compressed-air piping plans: where each machine goes, how the work flows from step to step, and where power and air are connected. Your electricians and maintenance team can get the site ready in advance, so installation can start as soon as the machines arrive.

Installation, commissioning and operator training can be arranged per project — by remote video guidance, or with an engineer on site.
