Another Cold-Retread Line Shipped Overseas
YTON has recently crated and shipped another complete cold (pre-cured) retreading line by sea to an overseas customer. The line covers the main process machines — inspection, buffing, repair, cementing, tread building, enveloping, curing, and final inspection and conveying — configured to the customer's casings and output; a mid-size cold line can typically retread dozens to over a hundred truck tires a day.
Export is a traditional strength, with exports long holding at 70–80% of output. To suit different national grids, machines are built to the destination's voltage and frequency (e.g. 380V/50Hz, 220V/60Hz, 440V/60Hz), crated in timber cases with full export documentation, and supported under common terms such as FOB and CIF.
Every line ships with retreading training and installation and commissioning guidance. Retreading is a craft of "three parts equipment, seven parts process": our technicians go on site to guide casing inspection, buffing, repair, and temperature-pressure control, getting the customer's crew productive quickly.
