New Assembly Workshop Online — Shorter Lead Times on Complete Machines
To keep pace with steady growth in orders at home and abroad, YTON has recently brought a new assembly workshop online. The added assembly and commissioning stations noticeably raise machine output and further shorten lead times on our standard models.
The company began with its first retreading line in 2000 and became a joint-stock company in 2018. Over 26 years its products have reached nine regions — North and South America, Western and Eastern Europe, East and Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania — with exports holding at 70–80% of output. Steady order growth has raised the bar on delivery speed.
The new workshop keeps our long-standing practice: key parts are built in-house, and every machine is wired, tuned, and test-run before crating — we keep the problems on our floor, not yours. Higher output means no relaxation of factory quality control.
The added capacity also makes scheduling turnkey lines easier. Customers planning a full line or a bulk purchase are welcome to discuss timelines with us in advance.
