Setting Machines for Socks and Fabrics

Setting Machines for Socks and Fabrics

To support national energy-saving and emission-reduction policy and the removal of coal-fired boilers, our company developed an electric-heated setting machine for socks and fabrics in early 2015, and in August of the same year released a direct gas-fired setting machine.

The direct gas-fired setting machine needs no electrical load and costs less to run than a coal-fired boiler; it can use bottled gas or natural gas as required — flexible and better matched to users' real needs. Some customers report the setting cost works out to just a few cents per pair of socks. Since its launch it has been well received, becoming a steady product line alongside our tire retreading equipment.

Like our retreading machines, the setting machine holds to the same quality control — key parts built in-house, every unit wired and tested before it ships. Customers with setting needs are welcome to ask about models, specifications, and capacity.
